THE WORK CONSISTS OF:
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform a full forest inventory and management plan at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Hodges Village Dam Project, Oxford, MA. Approximately 578 acres of the 864 acres owned in fee are forested. The remaining non-forested acres are composed of wetlands, open fields, fine lawn, and dam infrastructure, and shall be noted as non-forested on the maps.
The Contractor will deliver a written report with maps, detailed analysis of findings, and site-specific management goals based on the USACE environmental stewardship management objectives listed in Section II. Technical Requirements. All work shall be completed in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 115310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
