The proposal due date has been extended to 23 June 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. Amendment 0001 was posted in the PIEE Solicitation Module on 16 April 2025. The USACE Buffalo District intends to award a Single Award Task Order (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year base and 5-year option period.The objective of this project is to remediate FUSRAP contaminated soils and materials at the Guterl site in accordance with the Record of Decision. Contaminates of concern consist of total uranium (including isotopes U-234, U-235, and U-238), radium-226, radium-228, and thorium (including isotypes Th-228, Th-230, and Th-232). The FUSRAP related contamination is distributed irregularly in soils, in buildings, and underneath buildings. Complete soil excavation and building dismantlement, with off-site disposal will be conducted under this contract in order to remediate the site. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: It is anticipated that the result of the solicitation will be one SATOC IDIQ Contract containing both Cost Reimbursable and Firm-Fixed Price line items. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 562910 Remediation Services.The award will be made based on the best overall (i.e., best value) proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government, with appropriate consideration given to the three evaluation factors: Past Performance; Technical Approach; and Cost/Price.This will be a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement.
