FORT CAMPBELL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER CLP J&A

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction contract for the
Air Traffic Control Tower project at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to includethe following sole source requirements:

This action includes the fee required to be paid to CL&P for their connection to the privately-owned electrical lines. This will include any materials necessary for the connection. The work must be performed by CL&P as part of their privatized utility contract with the Installation.

*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 10:00 AM ET on 31 July 2026 to thomas.s.nauert@usace.army.mil.
