The selected vendor shall provide all such requirements for U.S. Army Cadet Command units operating within the geographic boundaries of the installation. The vendor will only be required to provide supplies within the boundaries of Fort Knox, KY, under this contract.
This requirement will be solicited on a basis of one (1) base year of support with four (4) option years beginning on 1 May 2025 and running through the ultimate completion date of 30 April 2030. Supplies will be provided on a delivery order basis with specific quantities and dates provided for each individual order.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to this notice on the SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments.
All quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Faxed or late quotes will not be accepted.
Award will be to the lowest priced, responsive quote recieved from a responsible offeror.
