FORT LEONARD WOOD CONCRETE IDIQ

This is a solicitation for the Fort Leonard Wood and LORA Concrete Construction Services. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION FOR SEAL BID; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation number is W911S7-25-B-A001, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Bid. The NAICS code is 238110 with a small business size standard of $19M.

Description of Requirement: The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, providing and replacing concrete and other miscellaneous items in accordance with (IAW) the attached Task List in Attachment 2 and specifications. This contract will be a delivery order style contract. All work required shall be on a requirement basis as directed by the Contracting Officer on a delivery order. The Contractor will be paid only for actual quantity of work performed for each Task Item.

Contractor will provide a concrete wash-out area for every project. The wash-outs will comply and be in agreement with DPW Environmental Division.

This is an IDIQ contract for Concrete for a period of five (5) years (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years).

29 Sept 2025: Amendment 0001 is to add FAR clause 52.223-2, Reporting of Biobased Products Under Service and
Construction Contracts. Also, no written questions were recieved by the Sontracting Office regarding this requirement. 

***30 Sept 2025 Bid Opening Update: At this time the subject Bid Opening W911S7-25-B-0001 Concrete IDIQ is still scheduled for 1 October 2025 at 1300 hours. You will be notified immediately if any changes arise due to the impending FY26 Budget Resolution/Continuing Resolution Authority.***
