The Contractor will be paid only for actual quantity of work performed for each Task Item. Contractor will provide a concrete wash-out area for every project. The wash-outs will comply and be in agreement with DPW Environmental Division. This is an IDIQ contract for Concrete for a period of five (5) years (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years).
