    Description

    The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Bryan, Bryan, Texas, intends to issue
    Solicitation 15B50425Q00000014 for the requirements of: REQUIREMENT – SUBSISTENCE
    (Bread and Milk).
    This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. FOB Destination applies. Delivery dates
    will begin the week of October 1–4, 2025, with exact delivery days scheduled weekly: Milk on
    Tuesdays and Bread on Wednesdays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Prison Camp, 1100
    Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803.
    The contract type is a firm-fixed price award. The Government reserves the right, upon award, to
    make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will make award(s) to the responsible
    offeror(s) whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to
    the Government, with past performance and price being evaluated — past performance being
    rated higher than price.
    The solicitation will be available on or about August 13, 2025, and will be distributed solely
    through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website: https://sam.gov. Hard copies of
    the solicitation will not be available. The site provides complete downloading instructions. All
    future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be
    posted exclusively through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website
    to ensure they have the most up-to-date information.
    Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally
    with other eligible organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
    The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is Friday, August 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern
    Time.
    Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card
    (GPC).
    Each offeror is required, per FAR 52.212-3, to complete their representations and certifications
    via the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov.
