The awardee of this contract will be required to provide a superintendent at all times work is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The superintendent is considered a key position. This position shall not be subcontracted and must work directly for the prime contractor. All work shall be performed simultaneously. Resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
