Description

The purpose of this project is to upgrade and modify the low voltage electrical and lighting systems at Eielson's Central Heat Power Plant (CHPP) to include removal, and replacement of the existing electrical panels, associated transformers, and the remainder of existing outdated lighting fixtures within CHPP facility at Eielson AFB.

A site visit will be conducted on 16 December 2025, 10:00 AM AKDT Participants will meet at-

Eielson CHPP B6203, 2676 Industrial Dr, Eielson AFB, Alaska Each prime contractor is allowed to bring two personnel.

Please submit the names of the individuals that will be in attendance to SrA Christopher Blackburn and Mr. Ryan Smith at 354CONS.PKA.MonitorConstruction@us.af.mil by 02:00 PM AKDT on 15 December 2025.

Questions are due no later than 19 December 2025 at 02:00PM AKDT. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to SAM.gov website.

IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. Bids must be submitted via email to BOTH of the following individuals on or before 20 January 2026 at 02:00PM AKDT:
