This requirement shall include the procurement of all necessary resources, including plant management, supervision, labor, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, related services, and applicable licenses and permits to successfully complete the project as outlined in the SOW and project specifications. A site visit will be conducted on 26 March 2026 at 10:00am AKDT Participants will meet at - B2258 3rd floor CONS conference room, Eielson AFB, Alaska with a location site visit to follow. Questions are due no later than 31 March 2026 at 01:00pm AKDT All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation posted to the SAM.gov website. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. The roof membrane manufacturer shall furnish a 20-year, no dollar limit (NDL) roof system materials and installation workmanship warranty.
