The system will remain in the possession of the contractor.
Supply of Bulk Fuel
The Contractor shall provide high grade diesel to the U.S. Embassy Dar Es Salaam, as described in this solicitation. For each month of the contract, the U.S. Government expects but not guarantees a minimum order of forty-one thousand (41,000) Liters of Diesel. The maximum amount of fuel ordered under each year of the contract shall not exceed five hundred thousand (500,000) liters of diesel. These minimum and maximum values are estimates.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The award is anticipated to be a fixed price requirements type contract under which will be issued firm, fixed-price task orders.
