The Embassy of the United States of America, Jerusalem, invites you to submit a request for proposal for Fuel Supply Services. This is FAR part 12 and part 15 acquisition. All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Products and Commercial Services with their offer. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference will take place on Thursday December 4th 2025, at 10:00 AM at the US Embassy in Jerusalem located at 10 HaOman St., Jerusalem, Israel. If your company is interested in attending the conference, you are required to submit the names of the people who are going to attend the site visit along with their ID numbers and any questions, to Jerusalemprocurement@state.gov no later than Tuesday December 02nd, 2025 at 13:00 (Jerusalem local time). No proposals will be accepted after this time and date. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 Section 1 Pricing.
