    **A majority of the documents contain CUI; In order to receive the controlled documents, interested vendors must have a valid DD2345 and registered within the JCP Portal. The request to receive the documents can be completed through SAM.gov.  The Contracting Officer will reach out to you if they need addtional information.  The DD 2345 and JCP Portal process is a DLA process and must be handled through DLA and the Contracting Officer has no control over that process**
