FULL HEIGHT TURNSTILE W/INSTALLATION

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the commercial supply and installation of one (1) Hayward Turnstiles HT439 S SS (or equivalent) full-height single turnstile, along with associated accessories and cold-weather packaging, to be delivered and installed at USCG Base Ketchikan, AK.

Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the full schedule of supplies, salient characteristics, delivery parameters, and installation requirements.

Solicitation Details:

• NAICS Code: 423990 (Other Miscellaneous Durable Goods Merchant Wholesalers)

• Product Service Code (PSC): 6350 (Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems)

• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest evaluated price and meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for non-cost factors as outlined in the attached SOW.

Notice to Offerors (Availability of Funds):
Funds are not presently available for this requirement. An award is not guaranteed. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date, with no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Clauses and Provisions:
This solicitation utilizes the simplified procedures of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). Please see the separate attachment for all applicable FAR and HSAR clauses and provisions (including DEVIATION 25-21).

Please include any required technical specifications or product literature to demonstrate that the quoted items meet the "brand name or equal" salient characteristics and weather-resistance requirements.
