The first tier shall be a twenty-four (24) month period, inclusive of up to a 120-day implementation period which shall begin immediately after the award date and will end as the first order is placed for Tier 1. The second tier will be an eighteen-month (18) period immediately following the first tier. The third tier will be for an eighteen-month (18) period immediately following the second tier.
The estimated dollar of this solicitation is $154,468,223.81 for a five (5) year period. The guaranteed minimum dollar value is 10% of the estimated value or $15,446,822.38, inclusive of all tier periods. The contract will consist of three tiers with a maximum dollar value that is 350% of the estimated dollar value or $540,638,783.35, inclusive of all tier periods. The Government’s legal obligation under this contract shall only be that of the guaranteed minimum.
All prices will be Firm Fixed with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) for the 5 years.
