    Please send all proposals to jlmelzer@fbi.gov AND mmurdock@fbi.gov via email by 11:00 a.m. CT on July 29, 2025. Any proposals received after 11:00 a.m. CT on July 29, 2025 will NOT be considered.

    REV #1: Please note that date changes have occured due to a site visit being added.

    A site visit will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 9:30 AM CT at 4910 Fowler Road, Huntsville, AL 35989. Quoter(s) are limited to two (2) participants for the Site Visit.

    Quoters shall note the following procedures established for participation in the Site-Visit:

    (i) Quoters must identify their interest in participating in the Site-Visit by E-mailing their request to Contract Specialist Jamie Melzer at jlmelzer@fbi.govQuoters must submit their requests by no later than 11:00 A.M., CT on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Quoters’ requests must include the full names (Last, First, Middle), social security numbers, date of birth and place of birth, comapny they are with and citizenship for all participating members. See RFQ for additional requirements. 

    All questions are due to the Contracting Specialist, Jamie Melzer, at jlmelzer@fbi.gov, by 11:00 a.m. CT on July 22, 2025.

    This request is to support an office relocation project requiring disassemble and reassemble of 26 existing workstations, 1 conference table and 2 Huddle rooms furniture. Contractor will disassemble inside the construction trailer, inventory items, palatize components outside on government furnished pallets. Government will take pallets to warehouse and deliver to new location. At new location, contractor shall un-palletize outside the construction trailer and reinstall furniture to its original positions within the new construction trailer. Contractor shall deliver lists of each items that are on each pallet 5 days after disassembly
