This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service (NPS) Outer Banks Group (OBG) has a requirement for clam shell materials to be provided for Off Road Vehicle (ORV) ramp maintenance on to multiple locations within Cape Hatteras National Seashore

This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025.
This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.
