Specifically, the OIG does not fall under the purview of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This BAA is intended for proposals related to professional, consultant and support services only. USPS OIG contract holders must comply with the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1972, as amended (38 U.S.C. 4211 and 4212), for contracts worth $150,000 or more. Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis, unless noted otherwise, and contracts may be awarded throughout the solicitation period. A position listing may result in one or more contract awards.
