FY25-26 MK 82 DIRECTOR AND MK 200 DIRECTOR CONTROL ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-20-G-5106 to General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems Inc. located in Williston, Vermont.

The awarded order will satisfy the requirement of technical engineering service support for the MK 82 Director and MK 200 Director Control program. The awarded order allows for a placement of engineering service Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and other direct costs (ODC) Cost type.

The order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(a)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is the only qualified source that possesses the in-depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK 82 and MK 200 systems necessary to satisfy the Government’s requirements within the scope of the order and the required schedule.
