Release of long-range acquisition estimates.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS), Contracting Directorate provides ACF with contracting support that enables ACF’s mission needs for ten (10) primary mission partners:

Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)​

Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE)​

Office of Head Start (OHS)​

Administration for Native Americans (ANA)​

Office of Child Care (OCC)​

Office of Community Services (OCS)​

Office of Family Services (OFA)​

Office of Diversity Management and Equal Employment (ODME)​

Early Childhood Development (ECD)​

Office of Government Contracting Services (GCS)

To assist industry with planning, GCS is releasing the following acquisition forecast.  This forecast will be updated throughout the fiscal year and will include requirements as they are known with updates anticipated at least quarterly.

Please note that this information is provided to assist industry in its planning and to facilitate meeting acquisition requirements.

This forecast is for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute a specific offer or commitment by ACF/GCS to fund in whole or in part any agency requirements referenced.

This forecast includes anticipated contract actions that exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This listing is not all inclusive but represents the best information available presently. Live contract opportunities and more specific information relating to any individual item or class of items will be furnished when the proposed actions are synopsized through the GPE or the solicitations are issued.

Each anticipated acquisition contains the name and address of the contracting officer that will manage the acquisition. However, statements indicating whether an acquisition will be set aside for small businesses or other programs are notional and will be made when the acquisition action is initiated.
