    IDC MATOC for use within SWD AOR of USACE to be used for civil horizontal Design Bid Build (DBB) construction projects. The general area(s) of performance within the SWT AOR for the IDC installations in Oklahoma and north Texas, and USACE dams and recreation areas within Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Specific area(s) of performance will be identified at the time of individual task order award(s). Multiple awards will be made from this solicitation. The resultant MATOC will have up to 5 contract holders with a total contract value of $99,000,000. Task orders under this MATOC will be competed amongst the firms included in the MATOC pool. All the construction projects associated with the proposed MATOC will be DBB projects for evaluation. The new IDC will be awarded to a pool that includes only small businesses and will allow Tulsa to continue to provide critical, time-sensitive support for civil works horizontal construction. The new IDC Contract will have a total shared contract capacity of $99 Million. The proposed contract will be awarded as Firm-Fixed-Price for a 5-year period consisting of a 3-year Base Period, and two (2) 1-year Option Periods. Funding is available to meet the minimum guarantee for the IDC Contract awards and Task Orders will be awarded with project funds. *AM0001 - This amendment provides site visit information, extends the proposal due date, and provides corrections to the solicitation.
