NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Contract Number:  15M10225PA4700457

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base  firm fixed price contract for FY25 D24 Chicago Courthouse 24th Floor Paint Project.

The period of performance for this effort will be a base.   The total estimated value is approximately $9,815.30

 and is being awarded to JONES LANG LASALLE AMERICAS, INC.

This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. 

The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
