This project will replace the HVAC system including the building chiller and associated pumps, 5 Central Station Air Handling Units and associated Variable Air Volume Boxes, installation of a new hydronic reheat system, and implementation of new DDC Controls along with modernizing the sterile processing department for building 1585. A new layout for the sterilization department will provide a three-room standard template for decontamination, sterile assembly and sterile storage.
