The purpose of this announcement is to provide the official solicitation N00024-25-R-5341 for AEGIS Ship Integration & Test (SI&T) Combat System and post Government responses to industry questions and comments received from the draft solicitation.
Offerors are notified that the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) 1.0 is hereby issuing a competitive solicitation, pursuant to FAR 6.1 Full and Open Competition, for the continued development, integration, and deployment of the required engineering, technical efforts, and Planning Yard efforts for AEGIS based combat systems installed aboard United States Navy (USN) Surface combatants, International Surface Combatants, and outside of the contiguous United States (OCONUS) tactical sites. All work performed under this contract shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Offerors shall submit all information required by this solicitation. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the solicitation may result in the Offerors being deemed non-responsive and therefore not eligible for award.

Offeror’s proposal shall be based on the requirements contained in this solicitation (including those documents, exhibits, and other attachments identified in Section J). Potential Offerors submitting questions relating to this solicitation shall adhere to Section L 1.4 of the RFP and submit to the Contract Specialists in accordance with the dates and times included the Section. Questions or comments may be subject to public release.
The resulting contract, if awarded, will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract, with a possible additional Award Fee.
