FY25_MAXWELL AFB_INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE_ALARM REPORTING SOFTWARE

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to MONACO ENTERPRISES, INC. to update the Monaco Fire Alarm system server to the current Windows™ 11 operating environment and latest hardware suite via the Monaco D-21 Upgrade Process in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR).

Monaco Enterprises, Inc. (MEI) is the original manufacturer and service provider for the Fire, Security, and Life Safety Equipment and services currently in use at Maxwell AFB AL. These systems are primarily comprised of proprietary software developed by MEI and MEI licensed vendors, which is then licensed directly to our end users. MEI retains exclusive ownership of the software and does not authorize third parties to alter or add to MEI software or equipment. System design has been performed by a MEI Applications Engineer to ensure seamless integration with the existing MEI D-21 system at Maxwell AFB AL.
