This requirement is for Youth Sports Officials across JBSA. The Government will issue one or more Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to the vendor(s) determined to offer the best value to the Government. Places of performance consist of JBSA Lackland, Fort Sam Houston, and Randolph and performance shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 2). Please submit the attached RFQ document filled out, along with your company official quote on the Attachment 1, entitled Attch 1-Price List. Quotes must be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and follow all requirements. Questions shall be submitted in writing no later than 06 August 2025 1:00 PM CST and sent to both Points of Contact (POCs) via email. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 11 August 2025 3:00 PM CST. Primary POC SSgt John Mulholland, john.mulholland.1@us.af.mil. Extend RFQ deadline from 11 August 2025, 3:00PM CST to 13 August 2025, 3:00 PM CST.2.
