Schedule No. 1, Hopper dredging of BIH Entrance Channel station -13+000 to station -6+00; estimated volume; 125,000 CY. And Hopper dredging of BIH Jetty Channel station -6+000 to 0+000; estimated volume: 225,000 CY.
Placement Area: Near Shore Feeder Berm 1A/1B
Options 1-3: Sea Turtle Trawling 15 days each. No additional time added to contract duration if awarded.
Option 4: Beach Placement at two locations on South Padre Island in lieu of Near Shore Feeder Berm 1A/1B. If awarded, additional time of 14 calendar days will be added to contract duration.
Option 5: Sea Turtle Trawling 15 days. No additional time added to contract duration if awarded.
Dredging and beach placement option are subject to environmental windows for swimming and nesting sea turtles.
Period of Performance: Complete the entire work ready for use not later than 120 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. Completion time for Options 1-5 is 14 calendar days.
