FY26 CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION COORDINATOR

IAW PWS dated- DEC2025. This is a non-personal services contract for one (1) Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator for Beale Air Force Base (BAFB), California. The Contractor shall serve as a Chaplain Corps’ special resource person who provides program or support functions for the implementation of a comprehensive Catholic RE and Sacramental Preparation requirements for the pastoral care of Catholic personnel within the BAFB community. The coordinator consults and coordinates with the Catholic priest/deacon endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS), who may be an Active Duty/Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) Chaplain, GS employee, Contractor, or assigned Chaplain. The Contractor is monitored by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as appointed by the Contracting Officer (CO). A prime can subcontract (see 7.1.) and if a prime has a contract, that same contract must be met by a sub in all aspects or face breach of contract.
