The information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to proceed with the planned sole-source acquisition. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4/30/2026, 12:00 PM EST.
