FY26 MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY #2

The 496th ABS Contracting Flight will be conducting a virtual Industry Day scheduled for Friday, 25 July 2025 at 10:00 AM Central European Time. The sole purpose of the Industry Day is to provide prospective offerors the opportunity to discuss and provide feedback on the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) posted on 18 July 2025. During this event the contracting team will provide answers to any questions on the Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) evaluation process being utilized in the draft RFP as well as all corresponding attachments. This event is NOT intended for contractors to present their capabilities and will be held online only. Details regarding connecting to the online stream are forthcoming.  Contractors wishing to attend the virtual event must RSVP by email to either one of the POCs below no later than 24 July 2025 at 12:00 PM Central European Time.

The RSVP must contain:

The company name

The names and email addresses of attendees (limited to 3 attendees per company in the TEAMS conference)  

Upon receipt of the RSVP, a confirmation of receipt will be sent from one of the Government representatives with further information regarding the conference.

Attendance to the Industry Day is not mandatory for contractors interested in proposing on the upcoming RFP; however, it is highly recommended.
