Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and applicable licenses and permits necessary for crane services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in the solicitation document provided except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Collected debris is to be off-loaded onto Government barges located at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, 3015 NW 54th St., Seattle, WA 98107. Crane services need to occur at this locationand may occur throughout Puget Sound.WA 98107.
