The Marriage Enrichment Retreat (MER) is a three-day, two-night retreat designed to equip married military couples with practical skills and insight that enhance their relationships and allow them to thrive within the unique and demanding military lifestyle. Due to the nature of the discussions and activities, the MER requires a quiet, private, and secure environment conducive to reflection and personal interaction. The Contractor shall provide a 4-Star Rated (industry standard as used on the travel platforms) venue and supporting services for four (4) three-day, two-night MERs consistent with the requirements set forth herein. The facility shall be at a resort, hotel, boutique hotel, or inn located within the following areas: Williamsburg, Virginia; Virginia Beach, Virginia; or the Outer Banks, North Carolina; suitable and conducive to the purposes described.
