Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV department. The contractor will provide all requested Homeless Veterans Residential Services, as identified within this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Dated 3/26/2024 for the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612. The Contractor shall provide HCHV-Funded programs must maintain and adjust environments to support the safety, security, privacy and services for male and/or female veterans in accordance with the PWS, dated 3/26/2024. The contract term shall cover a Base Period from 4/22/2024 to 04/21/2025.
