This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the full solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

1. Solicitation Information
This Request for Quote is issued as Solicitation No. 1240BH26Q0008 for the repair of stone masonry veneer on existing structures. Repair consists of adding rocks back to areas where they have fallen off, repointing with mortar, and adding caps. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set‑Aside.

2. Submission Instructions
Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ documents in the included PDF Portfolios and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation, to susie.felton@usda.gov no later than COB (1630) PST on 21 April 2026. Hard‑copy originals are not required.
