No one will be allowed to enter the premises without prior notification. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference and site visit is strongly recommended. Offerors are encouraged to review the solicitation documents in advance. Proposals are due by 17:00 (local time) on March 31, 2026. No proposals will be accepted after that time. Proposals must be in English, and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your proposal must be submitted electronically with the subject line 19EC3026R0001 Gardening Services to GuayaquilContracting@state.gov.
