We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 and the Tradeoff Process described in FAR 15.103-1. In a tradeoff source selection process, the Government may make award to a qualified offeror without holding exchanges, although communications may be held if determined to be in the best interest of the U.S. Government with offerors before or after a competitive range is established. The Embassy intends to conduct a mandatory site visit, on April 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the US Embassy Rabat. Prospective offerors should contact: rabatgsocontracts@state.gov no later than April 3, 2026, with the names and ID card information for those wishing to participate in the site visit. Please be sure to bring the solicitation document with you to the site visit. No extra copies will be provided. Questions are due by April 13, 2026, at 16:00 local time, via rabatgsocontracts@state.gov Quotations are due by April 22, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to rabatgsocontracts@state.gov and not exceed 30MB.
