The Defense Centers for Public Health – Aberdeen (DCPH-A) is part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and focuses on Clinical Public Health & Epidemiology, Environmental Health Sciences and Engineering, Health Promotion & Wellness, Laboratory Sciences, Occupational Health Sciences, Public Health Communication and Toxicology, supporting our Nation by improving health and building readiness – making extraordinary experiences ordinary and exceptional outcomes routine.

The DCPH-A has a current requirement to provide microbulk tanks and deliver various laboratory gas and dry ice to the DCPH-A. The DCPH-A, Laboratory Sciences (LS) and Toxicology (TOX) Directorate use various cylinder gases, micro bulk gases, liquid nitrogen, and dry ice supplies to perform analytical services in support of the DCPH-A mission. The LS and TOX Directorates require high-quality, efficient, and reliable supply delivery to maintain the highly technical mission of the DCPH-A.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Questions Due Date: Questions shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact, Mr. Brandon Roebuck, brandon.m.roebuck.civ@health.mil, and Mr. Jesse Nisley, jesse.d.nisley.civ@health.mil, no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 30 July 2025. Questions received after this date and time will not be accepted or addressed. Quote Due Date: Quotes shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact no later than 10:00 AM EDT on 18 August 2025 (Updated 11 August 2025).
