Also, within the motor controller boxes are asbestos-cement electrical arc chutes. The Contractor shall follow all requirements for worker and environmental protection and hazardous material handling and disposal related to lead and asbestos work, as specified in this document and in accordance with Federal, State of New Hampshire, and local rules and regulations. The Contractor shall note that the sub-operating floor in the Gatehouse is considered a confined space.
