The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12-months and four (4) 12-month option years. Period of Performance: Base Year: Date of Award through 31 March 2027. Option Year 1: 01 April 2027 through 31 March 2028. Option Year 2: 01 April 2028 through 31 March 2029. Option Year 3: 01 April 2029 through 31 March 2030. Option Year 4: 01 April 2030 through 31 March 2031. Site Visit: A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, offerors are invited to arrange their own side vist if they would like to inspect the site where work will be performed.
