The site visit is scheduled for 05 August 2026. The scope of this project is to design a zebra mussel abatement system to protect the powerhouse raw water intakes and intake piping. The contractor will supply all labor, equipment, and materials for installation of a new zebra mussel mitigation system. Significant features of this design include installation of two local tank skids and integral spill containment pallets, installation of two pump skids for distribution, power supply to distribution pumps and ancillary distribution system equipment, and interfacing of distribution pumps with existing raw water flow meters. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 210 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance.
