The scope of work includes but it is not limited to providing all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervisions, and other items and non-personal services necessary for the GV system upgrade in order to provide emergency, intelligible voice, tones, and prerecorded alert notifications across Dyess AFB, communicating over the existing VHF infrastructure and defined in the Performance Work Statement. This includes replacing seventeen (17) existing Whelen omni-directional siren speaker arrays and four (4) options years of service and maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
