    Description

    Scope of Work

    Season long rental of two office trailers to include delivery, set-up, tear down and return transportation. Trailer will provide overflow or primary workspace for additional personnel, working in a variety of functional areas during the 2025 fire season. Location for trailer placement is a dispatch center. Location is not equipped with office space for personnel required during fire season and does not have enough office space to account for temporary staff who are ordered during times of high fire activity.

    Contractor Requirements

    Technical Requirements / Tasks

    • Office trailers that meet the specifications and include the elements identified below.
    • The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, supplies, transportation and personnel necessary to meet requirements of Agreement specifications.
    • Vendor will tow the trailer with a towing hitch and set trailer in the provided space specified and be supervised by a COR or other designated Point of Contact.
    • Doors to trailer must lock, and keys provided to requesting unit.
    • Windows must lock and be secure.
    • The following quantifies size, components and needed date for the requesting location:
    • 1 office trailer
      • Dimensions - 12' X 56' preferred.
      • Office Package
      • Café package (refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker) preferred/optional
      • Must have lighting.
      • Must have office space, desks, and chairs.
      • Must have, electricity hookups, phone and computer ports, air conditioning and heating.
    • 1 office trailer
      • Dimensions - 12' X 32' preferred.
      • Office Package
      • Café package (refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker) preferred/optional
      • Must have lighting.
      • Must have office space, desks, and chairs.
      • Must have, electricity hookups, phone and computer ports, air conditioning and heating.
    1. Government Inspections and Conditions
    • Adequate, level space to park and set up trailer.
    • Applicable utility set up for request.
    • Trailer will be initially inspected upon arrival and before departure with documentation and photos of deficiencies and records will be maintained by COR and shared with the Contracting Officer.
    • The technical POC for the location will provide access and site-specific information upon award.

     Delivery date of trailer is an estimate but will be needed near the specified date and time with clear communication from vendor so COR and/or government representatives may be present when trailer is delivered. Close coordination with requesting unit will be imperative to ensure requesting unit can make arrangements for power and any other ancillary services arranged in a timeframe that ensures trailer are fully operational to meet program requirements.
