THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A COMPETITIVE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) CALL ORDER

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY -- IT IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NO QUOTATIONS, PROPOSALS, OR BIDS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME.

The BPA Call Order Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be sent to all Small Business vendors with an active USFS Region 9 (R9) Roads Construction and Maintenance BPA for Zone 5A - Green Mountain National Forest, in accordance with the Parent BPA terms and conditions.

This procurement is restricted to Small Business vendors eligible to compete for BPA Call Orders under the USFS R9 Roads Construction and Maintenance BPA for Zone 5A - Green Mountain National Forest. Only Small Business vendors with an active BPA for the respective zone and an active SAM registration will be eligible for Call Order award consideration.

Project Description: This project is for construction services to repair the FR10 road shoulder, on the Green Mountain National Forest. Work includes but is not limited to road embankment stabilization and stream channel vane installation.

The Government intends to issue a BPA Call Order RFQ. A Firm-Fixed-Price Call Order is anticipated to result.

Projected Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is 8/5/2026 through 12/02/2026, dependent on date of award.
