GOLDHILL PORTABLE TOILET RENTALS MT. PINOS RD, LOS PADRES NF

This is a firm-fixed price Request for Quotation (RFQ) commercial service for Goldhill portable toilet rental at Mt. Pinos Ranger District within the Los Padres National Forest. The combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 (effective date 10/01/2025). 

This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 562991, septic tank and related services and the small business size standard is $9.0M. Solicitation 127EAT26Q0011 is issued as a RFQ. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. 

Responses to this solicitation 127EAT26Q0011 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents. 

Quotation submissions: Quotes are due no later than November 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time to Fareedah Vaughn at fareedah.vaughn@usda.gov. Offers are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the offer due date and time. 

To avoid rejections of an offer, the offeror must make every effort to ensure its electronic submission is virus-free. Quotes, or portions thereof, submitted with the presence of a virus of which are otherwise unreadable will be treated as unreadable.
