1. Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing the described construction services.

The Government intends to award a construction contract to establish the following:

• Construction of a new concrete deck reception area at the Golf Pro Shop

Contractors must comply with applicable local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.

NAICS Code: 238110 - Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors 
Estimated Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000
Anticipated Solicitation Release Date: To be Determined

2. Submission Requirements

Interested vendors are invited to submit the following information:

Company Information

• Company name, address, and point of contact (name, email, phone)
• CAGE code and UEI (if available)
• Applicable NAICS codes

Capabilities Statement

• Description of your ability to fulfill one or more of the listed requirements
• Indicate your ability to perform at Shaw AFB, SC specifically

Past Performance

• Examples of recent (within 5 years) contracts of similar scope and complexity
• Include contract value, brief description of the work, and customer references

Pricing Information (Optional)

• General market pricing for similar construction efforts
• Note any pricing factors such as quantity or period of performance
