The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make payments for any preliminary quotes, time or cost incurred.
This Request for Quote is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 221310 with a small business size standard of 1,150 Employees.
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping and all other items necessary to deliver and install the items included in the attached itemized material list (Attachment 1).
