    The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that the removal and replacement of the existing: Hole 18 Golf Cart Bridge (B490) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland (LAK) also referred to as Site A, and the Pedestrian Bridge (B8160) at JBSA Chapman Training Annex (CTA) ) also referred to as Site B, in a manner that will provide a structurally sound pre-fabricated bridge to allow the safe conveyance of pedestrians/golf carts and be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
