Special Instruction: All Offerors shall submit (2) copies of thier proposal to the POC listed in this Solicitation. One (1) proposal shall be redacted to ensure no information identifying the Offeror to include name, cage code, address, telephone numbers or email shall be visible. The redactions should also include the name of any personnel. THis is to be awarded as an IDIQ contract with Task Orders issued.
