Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) requires the repair of commercial sectional overhead doors. Work to be completed at the South Rim; specifically, the buildings around the FMD complex area, Paul Revere bus shop, and adjacent Fire and Heli operations area. Additional details can be found in the Scope of Work (SOW) and Attachment A: OH Doors Inspection and Testing Report. AMENDMENT 0001 issued for site visit schedule. Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 at 10am Arizona Time. Location: 1575 Shuttle Bus Road, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023. Questions will be due by Monday, June 2nd, 2025 at 10am Mountain Time. Government responses to any questions received will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. AMENDMENT 0002 posted to extend due date. AMENDMENT 0003 posted to updated Attachment A and provide Government responses to questions. Project is Subject to Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)). This RFQ is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. All Small Business concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by National Park Service (NPS) if received prior to the closing date and time in this solicitation. Quotes must be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov by closing date and time of this solicitation.
