GRAND MESA UNCOMPAHGRE & GUNNISON NF-NORWOOD TOILET RENTALS - SOLICITATION

This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17a, 30a-30c on page 1, all Schedule of Items listed in Section B for the BASE Year and the One (1) Option Year along with the summary tables, and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation.  Provide a list of similar projects completed by your firm over the past three years.  Return the entire completed solicitation, with the documentation that addresses that the services your company provides can accomplish work required to be completed listed in Section B of this solicitation.
