GRC CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - REVISED TO CORRECT CURRENT CONTRACT END DATE TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2025

NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) has a requirement for the extension of the Glenn Multiple Award Construction Contract (GMACC-2) contract. These services include new construction, rehabilitation, and modification of facilities and infrastructure.

NASA GRC intends to issue a sole source extension to the current GMACC-2 contract with Erie Affiliates, Inc., Firewatch Contracting of Florida, LLC, Healtheon, Inc., Imbutec, Pinnacle Construction Development Group, PPW Builders, Inc., and R.J. Runge Company, Inc.

Only the aforementioned have the capability to provide essential and ongoing support services with no lapse in service, which requires an understanding of various NASA policies and procedures, and familiarity with the unique facilities at GRC. Currently, NASA GRC is in the process of soliciting and awarding a Northeastern Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (NRMACC) to provide construction services to the NASA Centers located in Ohio, Maryland and Virginia. However, this extension is necessary since the NRMACC contract is not anticipated to be awarded prior to the completion of the current contract’s period of performance end date, which is September 30, 2025.

A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
